Job Overview
As a Senior Backend Software Engineer in one of the Partner Integration teams, you will be responsible for building the technical backbone of On’s connectivity with the outside world. Your work will significantly impact how we integrate with our supply chain, warehouse, and commercial partners, contributing to the future success of On.
Key Responsibilities
- Write well-tested, scalable, and reliable code that integrates On’s ERP system with external partners.
- Develop, maintain, and operate cloud-native applications using serverless and microservice architectures.
- Collaborate with your team to design, evaluate, and plan forward-looking projects that advance On's technology.
- Contribute to shaping On’s engineering culture and its current and future success.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5-6 years of experience with TypeScript tech stacks on the backend.
- Proven track record of developing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-native applications.
- Experience with message queueing systems and serverless computing.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
- Past technical experience with ERP systems and logistics processes or a strong interest in this area.
- Strong ability to work with a wide range of teams and stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills in both remote and on-site working environments.
- Bonus: Experience with our current tech stack (Azure Function Apps, Service Bus, MS Dynamics F&O, Terraform).
