Job Overview
As a Staff Software Engineer in one of the Partner Integration Teams, you will be responsible for building the technical backbone of On’s connectivity with the outside world. Your work will significantly impact how we integrate with our supply chain, warehouse, and commercial partners, contributing to the future success of On.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team.
- Code Development: Write well-tested, scalable, and reliable code that integrates On’s ERP system with external partners.
- Architecture and Maintenance: Architect, develop, maintain, and operate cloud-native applications using serverless and microservice architectures.
- Project Planning: Work with your team to design, evaluate, and plan forward-looking projects that advance On's technology.
- Cultural Contribution: Help shape On’s engineering culture and contribute to its current and future success.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience: 7-8 years of experience with TypeScript tech stacks on the backend.
- Cloud-Native Applications: Proven track record of developing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-native applications.
- Technical Skills: Experience with message queueing systems and serverless computing.
- Cloud Environments: Experience with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
- ERP Systems: Past technical experience with ERP systems and logistics processes or an interest in this area.
- Communication: Strong ability to work with a wide range of teams and stakeholders.
- Remote and On-Site Work: Effective communication in both remote and on-site working environments.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm, Azure Function Apps, Service Bus, MS Dynamics F&O, Terraform.
