FINN is on a mission to revolutionize mobility by offering convenient and flexible car subscriptions. We are looking for a talented Backend Engineer to join our Customer Operations team. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the software that manages thousands of vehicles and customers daily. You will enable our customers to manage their cars efficiently and support our Customer Care team in addressing queries swiftly.

Your Responsibilities
- Automation and Optimization: Simplify, automate, and optimize processes using no-code tools like Make or Retool (20%) and solid hard code implementation (80%).
- Ownership: Build features and take ownership of testing, deployment, and monitoring of your code. We believe in Serverless!
- Technical Leadership: Play a driving technical role in the Backend team, sharing your technical knowledge and engineering best practices.
Your Profile
- Experience: Proven experience in software engineering with a hands-on mindset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. Knowledge of SQL, Docker, and building HTTP APIs or serverless applications is a plus.
- Agile Experience: Previous experience in an agile development team.
- Growth Mindset: Strong motivation to continuously improve self and team performance.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is €55,000 to €81,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and other factors assessed during the interview process. This role also includes a virtual equity share.
