About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Consultant Open Source Software to join our Risk & Regulatory business unit. - Expertise: Support our clients from process design and rollout to policy development and establishment, as well as compliance and security tool selection and implementation. Additionally, you will audit and certify OSS practices according to ISO 5230 & 18974.
- Transparency: Enable compliance and security through various analyses, tool-supported code scanning, reports, and component lists of software architectures, both within the company and its supply chains.
- Innovation: Collaborate with the team to develop our consulting portfolio by analyzing market trends and engaging with clients.
What You Bring
- A completed degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, (Business) Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Interest in Open Source Software and possibly experience in software development, Git, package managers, contribution, and open source licenses.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
Benefits
- Flexibility: Determine your working hours and location in consultation with operational requirements and legal regulations. No core working hours, with the option to work from home and in over 40 countries.
- Master's Sponsorship: Continuous development through our internal academy, international experiences through secondments, and ongoing mentoring. We also offer the possibility of master's sponsorship for exam and specialization masters.
- Leisure: Thanks to a part-time block model, you can take multi-month breaks in the form of a sabbatical. Additionally, you can accumulate overtime on a personal annual working time account and compensate for it with leisure time throughout the year. Remaining overtime is paid out annually.
- Health: Your health is important to us. In addition to our own company health insurance, we offer preventive examinations and sports offers. Participate in our free company sports program or benefit from discounted memberships in various fitness studios or an Urban Sports Club membership.
