Your Mission
As a Sustainable Technologies Manager, you will play a crucial role in integrating sustainable technologies into existing corporate structures and processes. You will advise our clients and coordinate change processes from a technological perspective. Your expertise and creative ideas will also be utilized in sales to convince potential clients to collaborate with us. You will work flexibly where your knowledge is needed: in one of our Accenture offices, remotely, or directly at the client's site.
What to Expect
- Protect Our Planet: Utilize modern technologies to conserve resources worldwide. Develop ideas that help integrate sustainability into digital business models and demonstrate to clients which technologies suit their company.
- Be a Sustainability Pioneer: Contribute significantly to building sustainability know-how both internally and with our clients. Focus on sustainability in IT infrastructure, eco-friendly cloud solutions, application development (Eco-Design for Microsoft/Salesforce/Google), sustainable development methods (programming/machine learning/DevOps), responsible AI, and data modeling, architectures, and governance.
- Improve Existing Structures: Analyze processes in various industries such as financial services, telecommunications, or products for sustainability and initiate changes. Integrate sustainability technologies into existing infrastructures.
What We Are Looking For
- A completed degree and several years of professional experience in technology consulting or a technical leadership role at a renowned industrial company.
- Experience in developing and implementing Green Technology as part of a consulting, implementation, or support team.
- Proven track record of leading diverse teams of employees, clients, and suppliers.
- Strong sales background and experience in supporting technological market launches.
