Job Overview
Implement Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Partner to join our Commercial Transformation team in Düsseldorf, Germany. This role is pivotal in driving our strategic growth within the German market, focusing on sales, marketing, digital, and customer experience management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of our Commercial Transformation Practice in Germany.
- Drive business development activities using your extensive network, recognizing market development potentials, and highlighting our offerings to new clients in the DACH region.
- Manage large projects with our clients, playing a key role in solving strategic challenges, such as designing Commercial Operating Models and implementing CRM systems.
- Communicate effectively at the C-level.
- Support the growth and development of our dedicated and continuously expanding team in Germany.
Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Several years of consulting experience leading complex Commercial Excellence projects.
- Expertise in specific functions or industries, applying knowledge to client solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills and process/project management capabilities.
- Passion for business development, recognizing and capitalizing on market potentials.
- Ability to build trustful relationships and communicate respectfully at all levels.
- Leadership skills to guide, coach, and develop a passionate and dedicated team.
- Fluent in German and English.
