What You'll Do
As a Data Scientist at BCG X, you will be part of a rapidly growing team that owns the full analytics value-chain end to end. Your responsibilities will include:
- Framing new business challenges and designing innovative algorithms.
- Implementing and deploying scalable solutions.
- Enabling colleagues and clients to fully embrace AI.
- Applying data science methods and analytics to real-world business situations across various industries.
- Partnering with clients on key topics like climate change to design, build, and deploy new and innovative solutions.
- Developing and delivering thought leadership in scientific communities and leading conferences on behalf of BCG X.
What You'll Bring
We are looking for talented individuals with a passion for data science, statistics, operations research, and transforming organizations into AI-led innovative companies. Successful candidates will possess:
- Comfort in a client-facing role with the ambition to lead teams.
- Ability to distill complex results or processes into simple, clear visualizations.
- Strong project management skills.
- Significant experience applying advanced analytics to a variety of business situations.
- Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical underpinnings.
- Experience with modern development tools and collaborative coding.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or PhD, graduating between December 2024 - August 2025.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with tools like NumPy.

Salary
- Data Scientist II: $145,000 USD
- Data Scientist III: $160,000 USD
- Senior Data Scientist: $190,000 USD
