Role Overview
As a Developer Advocate at Neon, you will be instrumental in connecting with the developer community, promoting our cutting-edge technology. Your role will involve:
- Engaging with developers at meetups, events, and conferences.
- Delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations of our technology.
- Providing insights and feedback to our engineering teams to help shape our product offerings.
- Creating content that resonates with our community, including blogs, tutorials, and case studies.
- Leveraging your technical background to understand and advocate for developers' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Located in San Francisco or New York City.
- Technical background with a solid understanding of the Dev/AI ecosystem.
- High energy and enthusiasm for attending various community events.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with sales techniques to engage and persuade prospects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in JavaScript.
- Experience with developer-tool products.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and presentations.
