Your Team & Mission
Join the vibrant Engineering department at Eskimi, a hub of creativity and innovation. As an Engineering Manager, you will support the growth and maturity of our engineering organization. With the team expanding, your role will be crucial in ensuring high performance and implementing appropriate managerial practices. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering to align with our goals and drive engineering excellence.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with the Head of Engineering to align and excel in engineering practices.
- Team Building: Recruit, hire, and onboard top engineering talent.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead engineering teams in a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Product team to ensure product development aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
- Quality and Timely Delivery: Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of engineering projects.
- Technical Roadmap Implementation: Develop and implement technical roadmaps in line with business goals.
- Talent Development: Focus on developing and retaining engineering talent.
- Objective Management: Set and manage challenging team objectives.
