About the Role
As an Engineering Manager for the Growth Automation team at Bolt, you will be responsible for leading the development of tooling that automates the distribution of discounts and bonuses to millions of customers and partners. This pivotal role involves a blend of technical prowess and leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering an innovative and collaborative environment.
- Develop and optimize the campaign automation engine to enhance the efficiency of the Incentives vertical.
- Maintain high standards for quality, performance, and reliability in all engineering projects.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to plan and prioritize the team's workload.
- Manage team capacity, hiring, and performance evaluations, ensuring the team's success and growth.
