About the Position
As an Engineering Manager for the Partner Platform team at Parafin, you will lead a high-performing full-stack team responsible for the partner integration process. This includes data and marketing integrations, external developer tooling, and the partner-facing dashboard. You will own the technical and product vision for the ideal partner journey with Parafin.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a high-performing full-stack team.
- Own the technical and product vision for the ideal partner journey with Parafin.
- Identify and lead cross-functional initiatives for partner-facing opportunities.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including Product, Design, Sales, and Platform Growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of at least 5+ engineers.
- Experience working on developer-facing products.
- Experience leading company-wide product and infrastructure initiatives for a technical team.
- Strong business and product sense.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and retain talented engineers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity, autonomy, and ownership.
