About the Role
As an Engineering Manager at Anchorage Digital, you will be at the forefront of integrating blockchain technology into our services. This role involves managing a team of engineers who are tasked with developing and implementing blockchain solutions that enhance our digital asset platform. You will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to develop high-quality blockchain applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Ensure the delivery of projects on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of software quality and security.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and maintenance to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
- Participate in the recruitment and hiring process to build a strong, diverse team.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in managing and scaling engineering teams.
- Strong background in computer science with expertise in blockchain technologies such as Rust, Solidity, and cryptography.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
