Our flagship product, the "Knack Stack," introduces flexible and automated hybrid cloud infrastructure as a service for cloud-agnostic deployments and automation.
Your Role
As an Entry Level Developer, you will be part of a team that manages several complex platforms, spanning multiple projects and customers. You will work on-site in Northern Virginia and will be responsible for:
- Supporting CI/CD (continuous integration/continuous deployment) frameworks.
- Administering RHEL/CentOS/Rocky Linux systems.
- Understanding container orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Utilizing Git-based processing.
- Using basic Atlassian suite task tracking systems (Jira and Confluence).
- Supporting data center operations.
- Installing and uninstalling IT hardware.
- Managing IT rack management, including developing and maintaining rack elevations and cabling diagrams.
- Managing firmware and OS system patch management and application.
- Documenting issues/resolutions and using ticketing systems.
- Managing Hardware and Software Bill of Material and Hardware and Software Warrantees/renewals.
Qualifications
- A BS in Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Willingness to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with the ability to get CI.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with advanced orchestration on cloud platforms.
- Experience in AWS cloud platforms and associated tools.
- Experience operating within a sensitive government operational environment.
- Familiarity with Agile principles and application.
- Familiarity with Python and Go development tools.
