Job Description
Join our team as a Junior Full Stack Developer and work on a high-visibility, strategic multi-year project aimed at transforming operations technology. You will be responsible for building a data access layer and service layer using microservices architecture, integrating with technologies such as ServiceNow, databases, and messaging layers.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic technology solutions for operations technology using Angular, Java, and SQL.
- Design and deliver comprehensive technical solutions and integrate them into business processes.
- Participate in hands-on coding, code reviews, architectural decisions, and reviews.
- Work within an Agile Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process to deliver rapid business value.
- Establish and evolve sound technical practices around Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Development (CD), Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and automated testing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of IT experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Angular, React JS, REST APIs, J2EE, Spring Boot, JPA, microservice architectures, and design patterns.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and the latest ECMAScript.
- Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and preferably behavior-driven development (BDD).
- Extensive experience with cloud-relevant technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, Yaml, and at least one major cloud provider, preferably AWS.
- Strong DevOps practices and working knowledge of relevant tools and frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-intensity work environment.
- Excellent customer-facing skills, including the ability to conduct technical briefings and demonstrations.
