About Us

Your Role
As a Founding Engineer, you will play a crucial role in accelerating our mission of connecting talented individuals with great opportunities. You will:
- Own Product Features: Transform customer needs into operationally excellent code.
- Iterate on ML Approaches: Develop new machine learning strategies to enhance agent behavior.
- Wear Many Hats: Engage in various tasks, including frontend, backend, infrastructure, and machine learning.
- Move Mountains: Do whatever it takes to propel the company forward.
Requirements
- Education: B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 4 years of engineering experience in a startup environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and backend technologies such as FastAPI, Flask, and Django. Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis). Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong ability to work under pressure, excellent teamwork skills, and a robust work ethic.
- Passion: A desire to work with the smartest people on the hardest problems.
