Job Description
Motorola Solutions is seeking a skilled Frontend WebApp Engineer to join our CommandCentral team in Cracow, Poland. As a part of our engineering department, you will be responsible for developing cloud-hosted products that enhance public safety and commercial business operations. Our products streamline the capture, correlation, and real-time distribution of mission-critical information, improving dispatch decision-making and responder awareness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain large-scale software systems using Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Ensure adherence to W3C web standards and best practices in web development.
- Collaborate with a distributed team of 5-7 engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, and maintenance.
- Solve complex problems with minimal supervision and contribute to team success.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a hands-on programmer with JavaScript, TypeScript, or other high-level programming languages.
- Practical experience with modern CSS frameworks and CSS3.
- Expertise in web page building, packaging, and deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automating software component deployment.
- Familiarity with public cloud services such as Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience in shipping WebAssembly components.
- Technical leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math, or related fields.
