Full Stack Engineer with Python and AWS
Covision Media, a leader in 3D scanning technology, is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bressanone, Italy. Our cutting-edge 3D scanners are used by top brands like Meta, adidas, and Inditex to create high-quality, relightable 3D models. We are looking for a talented engineer who is eager to contribute to our innovative projects and help us scale our technology.
Position Overview
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing user-facing applications and enhancing our 3D model creation pipeline. You will work closely with clients and other engineers to deliver user-friendly interfaces and experiences. This role requires a pragmatic approach to iterate quickly and achieve fast results.
Main Responsibilities
- Development of User-Facing Applications: Design and develop web and desktop applications for managing the lifecycle of 3D scans.
- Code Quality and Security: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on quality and security.
- Software Development Lifecycle: Participate in planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Client Collaboration: Work with clients to integrate our solutions into their infrastructure.
- System Support: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems and applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 2+ years of work experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Typescript, Python, C++, or similar.
- Experience with front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (Spring Boot, Node.js, Django, Flask).
- Familiarity with web services and APIs (REST, GraphQL).
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience with Docker, Git, and Linux Command Line.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of Image Processing and 3D Graphics applications.
- Experience with AWS (S3, ECR) and micro frontends.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
