Full Stack Engineer with Python and AWS

Covision Media, a leader in 3D scanning technology, is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bressanone, Italy. Our cutting-edge 3D scanners are used by top brands like Meta, adidas, and Inditex to create high-quality, relightable 3D models. We are looking for a talented engineer who is eager to contribute to our innovative projects and help us scale our technology.

Position Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing user-facing applications and enhancing our 3D model creation pipeline. You will work closely with clients and other engineers to deliver user-friendly interfaces and experiences. This role requires a pragmatic approach to iterate quickly and achieve fast results.

Main Responsibilities

Development of User-Facing Applications: Design and develop web and desktop applications for managing the lifecycle of 3D scans.
Code Quality and Security: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on quality and security.
Software Development Lifecycle: Participate in planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
Client Collaboration: Work with clients to integrate our solutions into their infrastructure.
System Support: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems and applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
2+ years of work experience.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Typescript, Python, C++, or similar.
Experience with front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (Spring Boot, Node.js, Django, Flask).
Familiarity with web services and APIs (REST, GraphQL).
Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
Experience with Docker, Git, and Linux Command Line.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

Understanding of Image Processing and 3D Graphics applications.
Experience with AWS (S3, ECR) and micro frontends.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
