We are a well-funded startup backed by top Italian VCs and entrepreneurs, and we are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer at Jet HR, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications using a modern tech stack. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of the entire development process, from design to deployment, and work closely with designers to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Python, Django, and Vue.js.
- Utilize AWS and Docker for cloud services and containerization.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work in a full-remote environment, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the CET timezone.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building digital products.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with Django and Vue.js.
- Familiarity with AWS and Docker.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Fluent in Italian.
Selection Process

- Self-assessment questionnaire and Python test.
- Technical interview with the CTO.
- "Get to know each other" interview with the tech team.
- Final interview with another founder.
