Overview
As a Full-Stack Software Engineer at Auterion, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge web applications for enterprise drone operations. You will be responsible for building a cloud-based web application that supports data visualization, analysis, and mission planning for drones. This role involves working on the Auterion Suite, a platform that integrates various applications and technologies to manage and transform data from drones.
Responsibilities
- Develop the Auterion Suite using Vue.js, NodeJS, TypeScript, Postgres, and cloud hosting providers like AWS.
- Build tools for manufacturers to design and build drone hardware.
- Create applications for drone developers and data analysis providers.
- Develop organizational and planning tools for drone program managers and pilots.
- Maintain and enhance features, improvements, and interface designs to support a wide range of web clients using the latest web technologies.
- Ensure a high-quality user experience for complex data evaluation and understanding.
- Interact with AuterionOS and Mission Control products to manage communication within the Auterion Suite.
- Uphold high standards throughout the software life cycle, from strategic planning to execution and implementation.
- Manage development activities using git, ensuring easy-to-read and maintainable git histories.
- Write clear, documented, and maintainable code with a focus on cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript frameworks, preferably Vue.js.
- Experience in building APIs and databases.
- Proficiency with AWS and deploying applications.
- Customer-focused with an understanding of software trade-offs and collaboration.
- Experience in architecture and developing complex, greenfield, mobile/native apps.
- Familiarity with eslint/tslint, webpack, and other JS development tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, self-motivating attitude.
