Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Software Principal Engineering Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a remote working environment and is passionate about developing innovative software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define software requirements.
- Software Maintenance: Ensure the ongoing maintenance and operation of existing systems.
- Software Development: Lead the development of new systems and applications, utilizing a range of technologies including Python, React, TypeScript, MySQL, Elasticsearch, and AWS.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in software development, with prior roles such as Team Lead, Technical Lead, CTO, or Principal Engineering Manager.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Skills: Proficient in Cloud Infrastructure, Microservices, SQL databases (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL), and front-end technologies (TypeScript).
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Personal Traits: Solution-oriented, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
