Fullstack Developer Java / Angular - European Institution

Project Overview
You will work on a variety of projects related to Council core business domains. This role involves leading the complete software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Lead the complete software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Frontend and UI Design: Develop responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using modern frameworks.
- Backend Logic and Databases: Architect, implement, and maintain server-side logic and databases for optimal performance.
- Server Configuration and Deployment: Configure web servers, deploy applications, and manage cloud-based infrastructure.
- API Development and Integration: Design, document, and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless communication.
- Version Control and Collaboration: Enforce Git-based version control, collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient development.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and ensure high code quality.
- Containerization and Orchestration: Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for scalable and reliable application deployment.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Problem Solving and Debugging: Troubleshoot issues, participate in debugging, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Profile
- Professional experience in the field of at least 8 years.
- Expert knowledge on Java and Spring Boot (preferable).
- Expert knowledge on Angular (PrimeNG).
- Preferable experience in mobile app development.
- Good understanding of Agile principles.
- Good understanding of SOLID principles.
- Good team player with strong soft skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Master’s degree in IT field.
Offer
We offer you an attractive salary package, extra-legal benefits such as meal vouchers, etc., or an attractive daily rate. Your main office will be in Brussels. The work schedule is full-time with a minimum of 3 days onsite.
