Freelance Fullstack Developer (Angular/Java)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Fullstack Developer with expertise in Angular and Java to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to exciting projects. The role involves a significant focus on frontend development (70%) with Angular, complemented by backend tasks (30%) using Java.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Maintain Angular Applications: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications using Angular 8 or above. Your deep knowledge of the framework will be crucial in delivering high-quality UI elements.
UI Design and Implementation: Collaborate with the design team to implement UI elements, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Frontend Testing: Utilize Cypress and Jest for frontend unit testing to ensure robust and error-free applications.
Debugging and Profiling: Leverage your understanding of browsers' native capabilities to debug and profile frontend applications effectively.
Module Bundling: Work with module bundlers and have the ability to debug or modify external libraries as needed.
Internet Protocols: Apply your deep knowledge of internet protocols such as HTTP and HTTPS in application development.
Build Tools and Package Management: Use tools like Gradle and NPM for build processes and package management.

Preferred Skills

Java SE 11+: Experience with Java SE 11 and above, including the Spring framework and its subprojects like Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, and more.
Testing Frameworks: Familiarity with JUnit 5 and Mockito for backend testing.
Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform for managing infrastructure.
Cloud Services: Knowledge of AWS services such as ECS and MSK.

Qualifications

Proven experience in developing and maintaining Angular applications.
Strong understanding of frontend technologies and frameworks.
Experience with backend development using Java and related technologies.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Start Date: Immediate
Utilization: Full-time
Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension
Location: Remote
