About the Role

As a Senior AI & Data Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for building proof of concepts and data-driven solutions for a variety of end-users using Data Analytics (DA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). You will provide advice, support, and training for AI and Data Analytics related activities for both technical and non-technical users. Your role will involve:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Conducting SWOT Analysis and defining return on investment.
• Performing technical analysis and specifications of AI and DA solutions.
• Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets for diagnosis and prediction.
• Designing, modeling, developing, managing, and reviewing end-to-end DA and AI products, prototypes, and proof of concepts based on on-prem and cloud data platforms.
• Setting up MLOps including automatic testing and quality assurance.
• Defining and drafting training and support procedures.
• Maintaining DA and AI products, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, performance analysis, and technical migrations.
• Integrating and reusing COTS, SaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions.
• Implementing data protection measures, data security measures, and disclosure control.
• Defining test strategies, design, and testing.
• Conducting technology watch, technology evaluation, and contributing to platform definition and strategy documents.

Required Skills and Experience

• IT Master Degree (Bac+5) and 8 years in a similar role.
• Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders and explain complex technical elements in a simple way.
• Excellent analytical thinking, using logic and reasoning to identify patterns and gaps while analyzing and exploring data.
• In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Extensive experience in Data Science and AI techniques, especially in prediction, machine learning, and Generative AI.
• Proficiency in programming languages for data analytics and artificial intelligence (e.g., Python, R) and frameworks (e.g., .Net AI and SpringAI).
• Experience with machine learning algorithms (e.g., ANN, random forest) and deep learning frameworks.
• Experience developing with reusable AI models (e.g., huggingface), Generative AI APIs (e.g., openai).
• Extensive experience in the industrialization of DA and AI solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of MLOps tools, testing, and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).
• Knowledge of SQL (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
• Knowledge of orchestration (e.g., Airflow) and ETL tools (e.g., DBT, SSIS).
• Knowledge of No-SQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Neo4j).
• Knowledge of search engines (e.g., ElasticSearch, SOLR).
• Experience in setting up a Centre of Competence to provide advice, support, and training for Data Analytics and AI related activities.
• Validation of technological orientations and business cases.
• Knowledge of data modeling for data lakes and data warehouses.
• Experience in cloud environments and containerization.
• English is mandatory.
