About the Role
Join Pinterest's Growth Engineering team in Dublin as a Fullstack Engineer. This role is pivotal in establishing the inaugural branch of the Growth organization. You will be part of the Growth Platform team, tasked with accelerating global growth by developing tools, infrastructure, and platforms to enhance user experiences worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Impact & Mission: Contribute to a small, rapidly-growing engineering group in Pinterest's largest international office. Your work will establish infrastructure and platforms to foster global growth.
- Pinterest Global Growth: Develop tools that increase product relevance and understanding globally, enhancing Pinterest's growth and marketing capabilities.
- Feature & Platform Development: Engage in full stack development, working flexibly across technologies. Improve backend frameworks to handle diverse use cases and serve millions of requests daily. Create self-serve experiences that impact end-users and can be configured and deployed by marketing partners. Scale the usefulness of the experience framework tool, making it more user-friendly.
- Collaboration: Work in dynamic, diverse environments alongside engineering, product, international experts, marketing, and growth teams. Promote best practices within engineering to simplify codebases and foster growth.

You are a dynamic engineer with experience in full stack development, particularly in back-end and platform development. You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited about building infrastructure that impacts global growth.
