About The Team
The Compliance Applications team at Stripe develops high-quality products and services that address compliance requirements within our technology organization. This team is a power user of platforms provided by Technology Compliance, Infrastructure, and Security groups, and a catalyst for engineering teams to develop efficient controls using those platforms.
What You’ll Do
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation of high-quality compliance applications for both internal and external customers of Stripe. Your work will involve building solutions from scratch, on top of in-house platforms, or leveraging 3rd party solutions. You will collaborate with technical leaders and other teams to build software that meets the needs of Stripe’s customers and executes efficiently on the team’s roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain products and features supporting compliance use cases at Stripe.
- Build new applications on top of Stripe’s existing compliance infrastructure.
- Collaborate with teams that build that infrastructure on designing and prioritizing new platform features.
- Partner with other infrastructure and security teams to use and provide feedback on APIs that provide security and compliance functionality.
- Build a great customer experience for developers and business partners using your products.
Who You Are
We are looking for engineers with a background in product development, interested in delivering great user experience products to internal and external customers. Whether you have been working in compliance, security, or infrastructure your entire career, or are new to this domain, we encourage you to apply if you meet the minimum requirements.
Hybrid Work at Stripe
Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This balance supports both in-person collaboration and individual flexibility.
Pay and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role in Dublin is €81,600 - €122,400. This range includes several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on experience, qualifications, and specific location. Specific benefits and compensation details will vary depending on location and can be discussed during the interview process.
