Job Description
Clarity Partners, a leading management and technology consulting firm, is seeking a Fullstack Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Chicago, IL. This role involves working with a team of software developers and domain experts to design and develop data-intensive, web-based applications using the Microsoft .Net framework and SQL server.
Responsibilities
- Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes.
- Work both independently and within a team setting to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality products to our users.
- Translate technical specifications into working code and solve complex problems with consideration of the end-user experience.
- Perform software development activities including requirements gathering and analysis, systems design, development, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Support all phases of life-cycle software implementation and application development.
- Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or MIS.
- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET and C#, Entity Framework, Knockout.JS, Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong demonstrated experience working with relational databases (i.e., Microsoft SQL Server) and developing database-driven .NET applications, including the ability to write, troubleshoot, and optimize complex queries and stored procedures.
- Knowledge of data structures and understanding of database transactions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
