About the Role
As a Junior Software Engineer at Algolia, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and operation of our Optimization system. This system is crucial for providing analytics and A/B testing features, allowing our customers to measure the impact of Algolia and optimize their configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Participate in the design and development of scalable back-end systems.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and soundness of the system through rigorous testing and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve high-impact issues.
Who You Are
- Educational Background: You have recently graduated with a strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Experience: While 1 year of work experience or internships is a plus, your deep curiosity and eagerness to learn are most important.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Golang and experience with databases at scale.
- Communication: Professional spoken and written English skills.
