Senior Technical Program Manager, AI/ML

Job Overview

Meta is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our AI/ML team in Seattle, WA. This role is pivotal in driving the development and execution of AI/ML initiatives that deliver significant business value. As a Technical Program Manager, you will work at the intersection of technical execution and business strategy, partnering closely with engineering and product teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Manage AI/ML Solutions: Lead the end-to-end development of technical AI/ML product solutions, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Cross-Functional Program Execution: Manage and own the execution of cross-functional products and programs within a matrix organization.
• Strategic Influence: Drive and influence technical and product strategy, proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Roadmap and Strategy Definition: Help define the roadmap and long-term strategy for the teams you work with, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
• Impact Measurement and Process Improvement: Design measurements to track impact and drive internal process improvements.
• Communication and Collaboration: Maintain ongoing communication of planning, project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, and collaborate across functions to achieve business goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management.
• Proven experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of user needs, requirements gathering, and scope definition.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership, with experience operating autonomously across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with technical management teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience measuring and improving engagement.
• Experience optimizing for LLM integrations.

Compensation

• Salary Range: €134,000 - €196,000 per year
• Additional Compensation: Bonus and equity options available
