What You'll Do
- Lead and Mentor: Guide a team of talented ML Engineers in content-related or search-related AI projects.
- Project Management: Set clear goals, manage timelines, and ensure project deliverables meet high standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and drive innovation.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and stay updated with the latest in AI and machine learning.

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in machine learning engineering.
