Responsibilities
- Lead and manage development activities for small to medium-sized IT projects.
- Prioritize tasks, create resource plans, and coordinate with other IT leaders.
- Identify risks related to timings and deadlines, and communicate them effectively.
- Develop recommendations for the advancement of front-end and back-end areas, including tool and process updates.
- Plan technical migrations such as runtime modernizations and database updates.
- Design system enhancements based on new requirements, technical debts, and modernizations.
- Define and track metrics to measure development quality in both front-end and back-end areas.
- Ensure compliance with architectural, security, and privacy standards during the development process.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent IT-related training.
- Significant experience in software development, particularly with .NET and developing Azure Cloud solutions and web frontends.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Strong skills in agile software development methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- High quality and results orientation, with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Motivated team player.
