Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Design and implement the technical roadmap, working closely with product managers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure platforms remain cutting-edge and reliable.
- Project Management: Lead high-impact projects, coordinate development cycles, and run standups.
- Team Support: Build a culture rooted in trust, psychological safety, and innovation, supporting team members to achieve their best work.
- Engineering Excellence: Collaborate on key engineering decisions and ensure digital services are available to customers around the clock.
Technology Stack
- Languages & Frameworks: JavaScript, React, Node.js, TypeScript
- API Design: RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints
- Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, microservices architecture
- Data Handling: CI/CD pipelines, Kafka for data streams
- Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL, Elasticsearch, Redis
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Proven ability to design RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Kafka.
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
