Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage: Oversee a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and line management. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical reference point, recommending improvements and ensuring the team follows best practices in software development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Data, Engineering, and QA teams to evaluate business requirements and deliver solutions.
- Drive Innovation: Participate in design reviews, contribute to the development of frameworks and tools, and encourage innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in software development, with prior experience as a Team Lead.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, MongoDB, React.js, and TypeScript. Experience with cloud computing, GCP, and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in IT, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent.
