About the Role
Pylon is seeking a passionate and driven New Grad Software Engineer to join our team in San Francisco. As a new graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and contribute to building the future of B2B support. Our platform is designed to help top support and success teams manage their customer interactions across various channels like Slack Connect, Microsoft Teams, Email, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of experienced engineers to develop and maintain our all-in-one support platform.
- Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code using technologies such as React, Golang, GraphQL, and AWS.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions on best practices and improvements.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to deliver features that enhance user experience.
- Take ownership of your work and manage your projects with autonomy.
Ideal Candidate
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and a passion for software development.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own projects.
- Willingness to relocate to San Francisco and work on-site.
- Enthusiastic about joining a startup environment and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
