Overview
Join Pulley, a rapidly growing company dedicated to simplifying equity management for startups. We are looking for a passionate Senior Backend Engineer to enhance our backend systems using Golang. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Create reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Provide technical leadership and contribute to the strategic direction of our backend architecture.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of learning and participation in code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in backend development, preferably with Golang.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders across various disciplines.
- Passion for finance and building products that handle complex financial topics.
