Job Overview
Aristocrat Interactive is seeking an experienced OPD Engineer to join our iLottery team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As an OPD Engineer, you will play a crucial role in integrating and managing our iLottery systems, ensuring seamless operation and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Management
- Understand the integration process in detail at every step.
- Define requirements and plan the integration life cycle.
- Plan and coordinate integration projects from design and development to production.
- Implement continuous improvement practices.
Issue Resolution
- Analyze and handle all issues and change requests.
- Proactively identify risks and issues affecting product quality.
- Monitor deliverables daily, identifying critical points and obstacles.
Client Management
- Manage client expectations and escalations throughout the project.
- Develop strong working relationships with customer tech experts, end-users, and all stakeholders involved in the project.
- Serve as the key point of contact for the customer.
- Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
Documentation
- Create and maintain relevant documentation.
Required Skills and Experience
- Knowledge in the technical side of API implementation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to cut through ambiguity and identify core issues.
- Systems orientation and experience in Networking, SQL.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with complex integrated systems.
- SW Qualification / Integration / SW Development experience.
- Work in complex activities in project and matrix environments in parallel.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, Web Applications, Load balancers, proxies, and firewalls.
- Experience with Jenkins, Git, Jira.
- Fluency in English.
