What You Will Do
- Partner with Stakeholders: Develop creative and data-driven sourcing and recruiting strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure exceptional candidate experience through effective communication and preparedness.
- Sourcing Techniques: Utilize a variety of sourcing activities to attract quality applicants and build robust talent pipelines.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage all components of the recruiting process in collaboration with the business and Recruitment Marketing team.
- Hiring Strategy: Collaborate with Hiring Managers on strategy and offer negotiations.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate data within all recruiting systems and adhere to processes.
What You Will Bring
- Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in corporate or agency settings.
- Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, especially Workday.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Ethics and Integrity: High ethical standards and integrity.
