Responsibilities

Contribute to Product Vision: Be a strong contributor to the product vision and lead engineering projects that span our tech stack.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with design, product management, and architecture teams to deliver features that require cross-functional collaboration.
Build for Scale: Develop scalable and high-performance web applications that meet the needs of our growing customer base.
Mentor and Coach: Provide guidance and mentorship to other senior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Ideal Candidate

Extensive Experience: 14+ years in web application development, preferably in product companies.
Technical Leadership: Proven experience as an architect or tech lead in high-impact, customer-facing projects.
Problem Solving: Ability to deal with ambiguity and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Deep Understanding of Web Technologies: Expertise in modern web application architecture, API design patterns, and standards such as Core Web Vitals.
React Experience: Proficiency in React and a deep understanding of JavaScript and frameworks.
