Technical Product Manager - Remote

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Technical Product Manager to join our team at Realm. This role is pivotal in the development and optimization of our digital products and systems. You will work closely with the team to build and maintain CRM systems, Airtable, front-end and back-end platforms, member directories, and communication tools. Your goal will be to enhance the architecture and efficiency of our systems, improve our website, and provide exceptional experiences to our community members.

Responsibilities

• Product Development: Lead the development of CRM systems, member directories, and other platforms including front-end and back-end applications.
• System Architecture: Design and optimize system architecture, including around WhatsApp and alternative listening tools.
• Community Engagement: Build a forum for the Realm community, integrate a comms platform, and facilitate listening and analytics capabilities.
• Website Improvement: Enhance the website with a focus on a members-only area, including matchmaking tools, and other features based on community needs.
• Market Research: Scrape data from sources such as Reddit for community recommendations and insights.
• Concierge Services: Create a concierge service around Realm's LLM and other community needs.
• Project Management: Manage the end-to-end development and improvement of products, from wireframing to execution.
• Problem-Solving: Identify inefficiencies and potential improvements in systems and products.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Genevieve and cross-functional team members.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in front-end and back-end development using modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Node.js, React, Vue.js).
• CRM Management: Extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing CRM systems.
• Platform Development: Hands-on experience building and maintaining various digital platforms and tools, including forums, apps, and communication systems.
• Data Scraping: Proficiency in data scraping and manipulation to gather insights from online communities such as Reddit and other sources.
• Community Engagement: Proven ability to engage with and build communities online, including the development and maintenance of forums and communication channels.
• System Integration: Experience integrating multiple systems and platforms to create cohesive digital experiences for users.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify inefficiencies, anticipate challenges, and devise creative solutions.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, with a focus on attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and engage effectively with stakeholders.
