About This Role
As a Product Manager in the Payroll domain, you will be part of the Recruit to Pay area, which builds the tools in JET that we use to employ our own couriers, from hiring to payroll and everything in between. You will be responsible for further automating the Payroll product and transforming local solutions into global implementations.
You will collaborate closely with other product teams, global stakeholders, and local teams across Europe to ensure the development of systems. Your efforts will support local teams in making informed decisions, eliminate unnecessary manual tasks, and enhance the payroll process on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Lead the product life cycle, from identifying opportunities to ensuring flawless go-to-market
- Product discovery in collaboration with other functions like Design, UXR Tech
- Define requirements and releases with the engineering team
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders
- Reporting on team progress towards goals, managing expectations and communicating effectively with stakeholders
- Set goals for the team to improve KPIs
What Will You Bring to the Table?
- Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Agile software development teams
- Experience working on various products, while closely collaborating with developers and assessing technical solutions
- Effective communication of complex matters and requirements to non-domain experts in a clear, simple and concise way
- Solution-oriented and practical mindset, aiming to positively impact those around you
- A proactive approach to your job, finding ways to optimise our processes and products
