Job Description
As a Working Student in QA Automation, you will be part of the Tracking Team within the Better Tracking Tribe at Bettermile. Your role will involve:
- Conducting web testing, including setting up automated tests.
- Performing manual testing with a focus on expanding automation.
- Engaging in mobile testing (iOS & Android) as new integrations are planned.
Requirements
- Solid coding foundations and experience in at least one JVM language (Java, Kotlin, Groovy, etc.).
- Familiarity with writing and automating tests (e.g., unit tests, ideally with Playwright).
- Basic knowledge of debugging and browser developer tools.
- Willingness to learn new tools like Cucumber and Kotlin.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and self-sufficiency.
- Fluency in English.
- Enrollment as a student with plans to continue studies for at least one more year.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Cucumber, Kotlin, Selenium, or similar tools for frontend tests.
- Familiarity with build-systems like Gradle or Maven.
- Bonus: Knowledge of AWS (CloudWatch, S3) & Appium experience.
