Your Way to Impact
- Quickly learn and contribute to Java-based SRE platforms to support our Merchant Command Center.
- Engage actively in the development process, having a significant say in the planning and execution of projects.
- Demonstrate empathy for our customers and your team members, maintaining a high say/do ratio.
Your Day to Day
- Write code and engage in problem-solving to improve system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with teammates to support internal platforms as needed.
- Participate in DevOps practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Need to Bring
- Proficiency in industry-standard software development languages (e.g., Java, Node) and at least one scripting language (e.g., Python).
- Strong experience with monitoring applications like Splunk/DataDog and understanding of Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of GCP services, Dataflow, and networking principles is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with Linux command line, GitOps, and Operation as Code with tools like Terraform and Artifactory.
Recent Graduate Position Requirements
- This is a full-time position open to recent graduates who have completed their degree within the past 12 months or will be graduating by August 2024.
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Must reside in the U.S. and be able to obtain authorization to work.
