Job Overview
Join our expert annotation team to create training data for the world's most advanced AI models. As a Software Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team that evaluates and improves AI-generated code. This role does not require previous AI experience, making it an excellent opportunity to enter the AI/LLM space.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the quality of AI-generated code, providing human-readable summaries of your rationale.
- Solve coding problems by writing functional and efficient code.
- Develop robust test cases to ensure code efficiency and effectiveness.
- Engage in a variety of projects, from evaluating Verilog code to developing full mobile applications using AI chatbots.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering or software development.
- Proficiency in Verilog.
- Complete fluency in English with the ability to articulate complex scientific concepts clearly.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency in writing.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, SQL, Swift, Ruby, Rust, Go, .NET, MATLAB, PHP, HTML, Dart, R, Apex, Shell, C, C#.
- Recognized accomplishments or contributions to the coding community.
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Enthusiasm for teaching AI models and experience with technical writing.
Work Environment
This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the US, Canada, most countries in LATAM and Europe, and select countries in Africa and Asia. You can set your own hours, with the expectation of working 15+ hours per week. There is no upper limit, and you can work as much as you want.
Compensation
- Pay rates vary based on location and experience.
- Example rates: US - $50/hr, Brazil - $25.40/hr, Egypt - $14.60/hr, Philippines - $24.20/hr.
- Weekly pay based on hours worked on the platform.
Contract Details
- Long-term contract with no end date, expected to have work for the next 2 years.
- Flexible schedules with the ability to set your own hours.
