Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into automotive systems and platforms.
- Analyze large datasets to train, validate, and optimize AI models, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Stay current with advancements in AI/ML technologies, tools, and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.
- Publish research findings and present at conferences, contributing to the company’s thought leadership in AI and automotive technology.
- Design and conduct experiments to validate AI models and algorithms in real-world automotive scenarios.
- Work closely with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration of AI systems with vehicle electronics and control systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and ethical guidelines in AI development and deployment.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior researchers and engineers on AI/ML techniques and best practices.
Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; a Ph.D. is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Research Engineer or Data Scientist, preferably in the automotive industry or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and programming languages (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python, C++).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and model development.
- Understanding of automotive systems, autonomous driving technologies, and sensor fusion.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, interdisciplinary research environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in publishing research or presenting at conferences.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to AI and automotive safety.
