Your Role

Your passion for data and expertise in unraveling its potential will allow you to develop, deploy, and optimize advanced machine learning models. You’ll experiment with novel approaches to ensure that every client receives best-in-class solutions. Working closely with our data engineers and cloud architects, you’ll help execute projects across diverse industries with a comprehensive, quality-driven, end-to-end approach.

As a senior team member, you'll mentor your peers, share your expertise, and keep up with the latest advancements in the field, ensuring continuous growth for yourself and the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s or Doctorate in a quantitative field, with mastery in Machine Learning.
• 4+ years of industry experience in machine learning and big data.
• In-depth understanding of software design principles.
• Strong theoretical grounding and practical expertise in general machine learning and deep learning.
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and familiarity with R/Scala.
• Proven track record in deploying ML models and deep expertise in MLOps.
• Solid grasp of cloud engineering.
• GenAI familiarity is a big advantage.
• Excited to work with large datasets and able to tackle problems pragmatically.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex solutions into clear client deliverables.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Consulting experience is a big plus.

Where You’ll Work

Our main offices are in Leuven and Ghent, with co-working spaces in Charleroi and Antwerp. These spaces are perfect for both focusing and unwinding with colleagues, as well as brainstorming sessions and team events. While much of your work can be performed remotely, you will also work on-site with clients.
