Join Our Team as a Senior AI Developer with GenAI
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Developer specializing in Generative AI (GenAI) to join our dynamic team in Alfragide, Lisbon. This role is pivotal in designing and developing cutting-edge GenAI solutions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Participate in the design of GenAI solution architectures, ensuring they are optimized for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Solution Development: Develop complex GenAI solutions, ensuring they meet high standards of performance and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective integration and implementation of GenAI solutions.
- Proof of Concept Development: Create proofs of concept (POCs) in GenAI to demonstrate feasibility and innovation.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
Required Skills and Experience
- AI and Machine Learning Expertise: Strong knowledge in AI and Machine Learning, with a focus on GenAI algorithms.
- Programming Proficiency: Extensive experience in programming with Python.
- API Development: Experience in developing and integrating APIs.
- AI Architecture: Knowledge in AI architecture, particularly with Large Language Models (LLM).
- DevOps and MLOps: Practical knowledge of DevOps and MLOps principles, including CI/CD pipeline development, and experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Cloud Experience: Experience working with Azure cloud services, particularly AI services.
- Business to Technical Translation: Ability to convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Additional Requirements
- On-Site Work: Availability to work on-site in Alfragide 3 days per week.
- Technical Tools: Practical experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Python for both backend and frontend development.
