What You Will Do

• Collaborate with senior team members to design, implement, and deploy machine learning models and systems.
• Participate in all stages of the machine learning development lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model evaluation and deployment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into machine learning solutions.
• Contribute to the improvement of existing machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in machine learning and share knowledge with the team.

Who You Are

• An experienced machine learning engineer with a solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
• Proficient in Python and experienced with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, spaCy, NLTK, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eager to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, version control systems, and collaborative coding workflows, CI/CD, and automated testing.
