About the Role
As a Senior Manager in Machine Learning, you will lead a team of talented engineers working on innovative AI projects. Your team will focus on content-related AI initiatives, such as AI Review Summaries, Collections, Auto-Tagging, Knowledge Graphs, topic classification, and machine translation. These projects aim to improve the accessibility and exploration of user-generated content, helping travelers plan their dream vacations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Mentor: Guide a team of machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent in machine learning.
- Project Management: Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models, ensuring high quality and scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expertise to solve complex technical challenges and drive innovation in machine learning algorithms.
