Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure backend solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java, Oracle databases, and web services, along with expertise in EJB and Hibernate. Experience with modern frameworks and tools such as Spring, Kafka, and BPM systems like Activiti or Camunda is highly desirable. Full-stack capabilities with Angular are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Implement Solutions: Develop robust, scalable, and secure backend solutions.
- API and Web Services Development: Create and maintain APIs and web services using SOAP/REST.
- Database Management: Manage and interact with Oracle databases using SQL and PL/SQL.
- Efficient Database Operations: Utilize Hibernate for efficient database operations.
- Business Logic Implementation: Implement business logic using Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB).
- Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
- Performance and Security: Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Backend Developer or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Java, Oracle, SOAP/REST web services, EJB, and Hibernate.
- Additional Skills: Experience with Spring Framework, Kafka, and BPM tools (Activiti or Camunda) is highly desirable.
- Full-Stack Development: Knowledge of Angular for full-stack development is an advantage.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork abilities.
