Job Description

Join Oracle's CareTracker product team within Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure as a Senior Full Stack Software Developer. CareTracker is a web-based point of care solution that enables caregivers to efficiently capture their daily documentation through streamlined workflows and user-friendly UX design. This solution is utilized in various settings, including Behavioral Health, Long Term Care, and Rehab.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

• Work with a team of software engineers responsible for the design, development, and operations of new and existing products.
• Contribute across the tech stack, ensuring clean coding practices.
• Collaborate in backlog grooming sessions, sprint/quarterly planning, and example mapping sessions.
• Provide technical leadership and work independently.
• Develop web applications across various platforms and browsers.
• Balance speed and quality with iterative and incremental improvements.
• Infuse a culture of operational excellence within your team.
• Recommend and justify major changes to products and establish consensus with the team.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship on U.S. soil is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in cloud back-end.
• Proficiency in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, C#, dotnet, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Experience with cloud services and tools on Oracle Cloud or AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline setup.
• Strong SQL and/or MySQL skills.
• Experience with Github.
• Systematic problem-solving approach, strong communication skills, and a sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with WCAG.
• Knowledge of OWASP/Security best practices.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, OAuth, Entity Framework, Terraform, Helm, Oracle DB, Vite.
• Basic understanding of BDD, Gherkin, and Cucumber.
