Overview
Join Nightfall AI as a Senior Backend Engineer and contribute to the forefront of cloud data loss prevention technology. This role is pivotal in architecting and deploying microservices that handle sensitive data at scale, ensuring robust, secure, and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to identify customer needs and develop innovative solutions.
- Design and lead the implementation of new features, ensuring their successful deployment in production environments.
- Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for internal and public services.
- Implement best practices in a fast-paced engineering environment, focusing on scalability and security.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in technical development with a focus on backend engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, C++, Java, or similar.
- Experience with large-scale software systems and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of multi-threaded programming, concurrency primitives, and data structures.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
